Meet Coach Papa Diene Faye
Born in Senegal, Papa Diene Faye’s soccer journey began when he was recruited to the prestigious Aspire Academy of Qatar (Aspire Football Dreams Africa), where he trained and developed his skills from ages 13 to 17. After graduating from Aspire, Papa launched a professional soccer career that took him to top clubs in Brazil, including Ponte Preta and São Bento, as well as AS Salé in Morocco.
Papa’s international experience extends to representing Senegal on the national stage, where he played for the youth national teams from U17 to U23. As captain of the U17 and U20 squads, he competed in elite tournaments like the U17 African Cup in Rwanda (2011) and the U20 World Cup in New Zealand (2015). He also participated in international tournaments in Europe, such as the Mediterranean International Cup (MIC), and played against some of the biggest clubs in the world, including Barcelona and Real Madrid, during training camps.
Now based in the U.S., Coach Papa brings his vast experience to youth soccer training. Specializing in developing both beginners and advanced players, he focuses on helping young athletes unlock their full potential—technically, physically, tactically, and mentally. His passion lies in mentoring the next generation of soccer players, guiding them with the same dedication and discipline that shaped his own career
